I was assigned the wrong room after booking.

The free breakfast was decent, but the king‑size bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on, the TV system was terrible—couldn’t turn it off and the remote misbehaved, the shower required 20 minutes to heat, and there was no room service after 7 pm.

“I would not stay again”

The bed was comfortable, the room clean and decent, and the staff friendly, yet the hotel was filthy elsewhere, the breakfast was subpar with watery eggs, rubbery sausage, and burnt coffee.
