The hotel was spotless in every corner, especially the room and bathroom. We arrived after a rainy, cold evening and the room temperature was just right. Everyone on staff was friendly, efficient, and courteous. Breakfast was flawless. We’d just come from a long trip with a car full of luggage, so having a secure interior parking lot with beautiful gardens was very reassuring. Everything was fine.

The garden was lovely, and there were many charming touches like towels folded into bears. The biggest problem was that the cleaner entered our room while we were away, threw our stuff on the floor, and left the door wide open, exposing all our valuables. I’ve never seen that in a hotel before! The facilities were closed when we tried to eat—bar, restaurant, etc. It could be wonderful otherwise.
