The hotel's location is superb, with easy access to the metro, bus, and metrobus stations.
The staff were truly amazing, with special thanks to Ahmet Güneș and Aurda Șentüru for their help and kindness.
The room was fine, the staff were adequate, and the overall experience was just...fine.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and contemporary design that I really appreciated.

“عانيت كثيرا من عدم تغير الغرفة التي تم حجزها عن طريق موقع Booking لا يوجد تعاون بين الفندق والموقع”
The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. The reception staff treated me poorly upon arrival; you can refer to the cameras that were present during my check‑in. I’ve attached a photo of the room booking we agreed on.
“شكرا للأستاذة رولا”
Everything. Nothing to add.
“Always in progress”
Nice place and location, clean, all reception staff are excellent. Nothing; everything is good.
“Hyvä hotelli jota voin suositella”
The location is excellent. Breakfast was lacking.
The location is great, the staff are friendly and they helped us a lot, especially during check‑out when we booked a new room and they didn’t make us wait until check‑in; instead they offered the new room immediately. Special thanks to Ms Rola and Mr Reemi for making our stay so comfortable.
