The place was clean, but the experience was marred by noise from other guests—chairs being dragged, doors opening and closing, and other disturbances that made it hard to sleep.
“We are used to stay at Dusit Princess so we like to try something new. And we will not come back.”
The breakfast was very good, but the hotel lacks a swimming pool and a restaurant, so we had to order pizza from outside. The room had no good chair or table, so we had to put the pizza beside the TV. There was no curtain in the shower, and after showering the toilet was all wet. People in other rooms moved the table and chairs from outside, and because they were heavy, they dragged them noisily across the floor.
The receptionist was very friendly and the environment was nice too, but there were no full toiletries—no toothpaste or toothbrush—and the price was quite high for the hotel’s star rating.
