The excursions, the food, and the attentive staff were great. The first night there was no electricity or water, a group that was not suited to desert conditions. The main contact who organized everything did not warn us that he would not be on site and that the staff didn’t even know him. No warning from the contact about the booking period, which we found very complicated.

It was a great experience! Excellent location, great staff, great food, and the tent was superb. Free activities included dune walking, camel riding, quad biking, visiting nomads, and a trip to an oasis with Omar. Our driver Aziz showed and explained a lot, making it a very nice stay. The only downside was that the only way to get there was by camp, about 3 hours from Mhamid, and that transport cost extra.

The team was very friendly. They welcomed me and arranged an excellent 3‑day trip. I trekked with a camel guide, camped at night, and then a driver took me to Elchegaga. Great service. The location was 4 km from Mhamid. I was picked up from the CTM bus, but that cost 20 euros each way, which wasn’t obvious when booking.
