“Hidden gem, tucked away, comfort personified”

The term “hidden gem” comes to mind. You wouldn’t know it was there, it was perfect. It sits in a lovely quiet spot in Pisa but is easy to reach shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast from the cafe next door was lovely. The rooms and facilities were well maintained and we had a turn‑down service, which was unexpected, and the host even cleaned our glasses from the wine festival – so thoughtful. Marco was very helpful with information and recommendations; we tried a couple and they did not disappoint. We would absolutely stay here again tomorrow. We need more places like this in Italy. Superb stay, highly recommend and would give it six stars if we could. Nothing. It was flawless.

“Consigliiatissimo”

The reception service was perfect, friendly, cheerful, and very helpful with any request. The point is exceptional, close to every historical monument in Pisa, excellent breakfast and the facility is equipped with every comfort. It would be advisable to install screens on the windows, the sewage venting is quite annoying even though the bathroom services are equipped with a siphon system – a solution should be found to address the existing problem.

“Perfect”

The spot was spot on, and the breakfast at the café next door turned out to be a sweet add‑on. The room was huge, bright, and roomy, with a sleek bathroom and a bed that was super comfy. I couldn’t wish for anything more for a quick visit. No complaints at all – it was flawless for a flying stay :)

“Great Location, good value and great host.”

The location was great. The room was clean and roomy. Marco, the host, was very friendly and helpful. We would have given it a 10 if there had been an outside area.
