“Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.”

The room was spacious, inviting, and spotless, and the overall vibe was great for unwinding after a long day. The king‑size bed was super comfy, the bathroom was immaculate, and the flat‑screen TV offered plenty of live channels; I ended up binge‑watching five episodes of Law & Order: SVU, lol! Netflix, Apple TV, and more were also available. The reception staff were not very polite or welcoming, and I couldn’t order room service even though it was advertised; when I called the number, someone replied, “There was no room service today,” in a dismissive tone. The view from my fourth‑floor window wasn’t impressive.

The room was clean, well maintained, and the air conditioning worked great. I couldn’t hear other rooms, which was a big plus. The only downside was that I really wished there was a hot tub by the pool.

I loved the pool, the overall cleanliness and the friendly vibe, though the room didn't actually have a fridge even though it was advertised, but I managed without one.

“Other than not having the hot water the stay was good.”

The staff were very nice, especially the woman at check‑in who was pleasant and helpful with any questions, but the first morning we had no hot water for showers; after calling the front desk we were told there was a boiler issue, it was fixed, yet we wished they’d informed us beforehand.

The location and friendly staff were good, but room 233 was a bit noisy and when the air conditioner kicked on it drowned out the TV.
