The staff are friendly, the facilities are good, and the place is clean. The only downside is the parking: the lot is narrow, the neighboring car is parked almost touching mine, making getting in and out difficult.

The suite had a jacuzzi that felt wonderful, and they offered free pet treats and breakfast, which was nice. I got a little lost because the hotel’s corridors felt like a maze.

There was a buffet for dogs and another for people, so we never ran out of food; the whole complex was clean and pleasant, and the private bath was spotless with a beautiful outdoor view. No complaints at all.

Very nice place and very friendly to the dogs! They prepare everything for you and your pet. The staff is also very nice. The hotel even prepared the cleaning oil and lotion.
