The staff were friendly, pleasant and enthusiastic, and they upgraded our room for free for the family; the room was clean and the rate was reasonable. The property is a bit far from the centre and sits down a narrow alley.

Clean and well‑maintained hostel with a good kitchen to use. The staff were not very friendly and didn’t guide properly. And it’s in an alley just off the main street.

Nothing. The pool is outside the hotel, owned by the proprietor, and not on the roof as described. The sheets were not clean, and there were old toothbrushes left from previous guests. The hotel is in a lane far from everything. The lane is a dump. Over the 5 nights we booked, we only stayed one night. Obviously there is no way to get a refund since payment is made before the visit. We had to book the new place through . No respect for the client, they only think of profits. The comments are very exaggerated or probably flattering. Absolutely avoid and visit before paying. We are waiting for a refund response from . We have been in Vietnam for 2 months and this is the worst place we have seen. I’m attaching a beautiful photo of the city view.

Very nice swimming pool, no scam here. This pool is great. The hotel is very quiet despite being fairly central. The cleaning is great; there might be a mosquito in the room but can you really prevent it? No. The mattress is great, not rock hard like most places. It’s fairly central and there are trustworthy restaurants around; for example, a 10‑minute walk will take you to the Pure Joy Hotel where you can have a great but cheap breakfast. I found one cockroach, but it’s impossible to prevent that on the first floor.
