When we arrived, the room booking hadn’t been updated in their system, so we were charged more than what the portal showed. The staff cleaned the room while we were outside, which is unacceptable without our permission to enter.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was lacking in some areas, particularly when it came to breakfast. On the other hand, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer a free SIM card, which would have been a nice touch given how difficult it can be to obtain one.
