Polite staff and very good breakfast. Our room was on the opposite side of the building, and with two kids, luggage, and a stroller it was very difficult to move around because we had to pass through two buildings with heavy doors that wouldn’t stay open. The cleanliness of the common areas could have been better.

Excellent and varied breakfast – fresh, tasty, and very well prepared. The walkways along the pools are extremely slippery, especially when the floor is wet.

The beds are very comfortable, even for the kids. The food is very good, with a wide range and many options for us Israelis, and the desserts are really tasty. It's our fourth time in Cyprus, so we have a comparison. The entertainment staff are very nice. The bar is great and has a lot of variety, and it's convenient to eat by the pool without having to take the kids out of the water. The pool lacks noodles, which is a real problem for kids who are no longer wearing diapers but are still under 1.50 m tall. The water in the water park is frozen, like ice cubes, so the kids couldn’t use it at all. The pool water is also cold, but I think that’s because of the season (they let people into the pool freely). The playroom is really shabby, suitable only for kids up to 5 years old. Evening shows include two nights with a magician or acrobat, the rest are musicians and such, which is less interesting for children. The rooms, a suite with a separate door for children, are very small, with no place even to put the luggage. In the rooms you can hear everything from the hallway; there is no insulation at all, and every door that closes in another room makes our room vibrate, plus the doors are hard to close and require force. The staff are not very friendly; it feels like they’re doing you a favor for every request.
