I really appreciated the resort staff—they were all very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Mostafa Said, the desk manager, for his exceptional assistance. When we ran out of fuel in Aswan, he helped us contact the police officer, which made a difficult situation much easier and allowed us to arrange an additional night’s stay. The other staff members were also very helpful, though I didn’t get their names. Thank you all for your kindness and support!

The location and staff are fantastic. It’s close to the temples, and the coolest pool overlooks Lake Nasser. Thanks to Mohammed, the resort manager, for making my experience in Abu Simbel unforgettable. He arranged easy transport from the Aswan train station, upgraded my room without me asking, organized transport to the temples for the Light Show (don’t miss it) and then back at sunrise, and finally to the airport. He handled everything. Thanks to the kitchen staff for keeping the kitchen open and for the delicious bedtime snack. A special shout out to Bowdy, my trusted driver, who got me to all the places I needed safely and on time.

Everyone was engaging and friendly, and the pool was fantastic. The restaurant had slightly restrictive hours because it was off‑season, but I don’t blame them for reducing staff. It’s in the middle of nowhere and the property is amazingly beautiful, run by lovely people.

Everything: the atmosphere, the attentive staff, the very spacious rooms, the wow pools, excellent food with plenty of choices, just a 15‑minute walk to the Abu Simbel temple—truly one of the best hotels in Abu Simbel. Nothing to add.
