“Alles Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und sogar übertroffen”

Vor Ort arbeitet ein netter Mann mit einem Hund, geht auf Wünsche und Fragen ein, Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewaschen, Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist herausragend, Saubere Unterkunft, hilfsbereit (hat uns Kekse und Kaffee angeboten während die Putzkraft in unserem Zimmer war), wir haben eine andere Zeit angefragt um ein zu checken, was auch super funktioniert hat (haben einen Tag zu früh den Flug gebucht und konnten spontan einen Tag hinzufügen, hat alles reibungslos funktioniert), die Lage ist perfekt, circa 1 Minute zu Fuß zur Hauptpromenade und circa 5 Minuten zu einem großen Supermarkt

“non secondo le nostre aspettative”

i condizionatori funzionavano bene. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente e completamente diversa da quanto mostrato nelle foto presenti su Booking. Nelle immagini della struttura si vedono una cucina, balconi, ampi spazi e diversi comfort che, al nostro arrivo, non erano presenti nelle camere che ci sono state assegnate. La struttura si è rivelata più simile a un hotel con camere molto strette e apparentemente adattate per ospitare più persone. Le camere, a nostro avviso, erano troppo piccole per tre persone e dotate di un bagno davvero minuscolo. Anche la pulizia ha lasciato molto a desiderare: abbiamo trovato materassi e lenzuola macchiati, cosa che non ci aspettavamo assolutamente. Inoltre, nelle nostre camere mancavano completamente alcuni degli spazi e degli elementi mostrati nelle fotografie della struttura, tra cui cucina, balconi e armadi. Non avevamo nemmeno un armadio dove poter sistemare i nostri vestiti. Eravamo un gruppo di 8 amici e, invece di poter soggiornare insieme come ci aspettavamo, siamo stati costretti a dividerci in diverse stanze, anche perché all’interno della struttura erano presenti altri ospiti. Nel complesso, riteniamo che ci sia una notevole differenza tra quanto viene mostrato nelle fotografie su Booking e ciò che abbiamo effettivamente trovato al nostro arrivo. Consigliamo quindi di verificare attentamente, prima della prenotazione, quale camera verrà realmente assegnata e quali servizi e spazi saranno effettivamente disponibili

“Ótimo”

Tudo ótimo, localização, conforto, limpeza…. Só não é 10 porque o anúncio dizia que tinha wifi, mas estava com defeito e nao funcionava há 3 dias, só nos avisaram quando chegamos lá

“Returning guest for another fun stay in Novalja”

I’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s my favorite spot right in the heart of Novalja. Skunca’s House is cozy, spacious and clean, with the entrance off the main street for more privacy. This time I booked a ground‑floor room with a window overlooking the entrance, and my car was parked in the private parking (note that this is an extra €20 a day, but still cheaper than elsewhere). The bathroom was amazing, with a euphoric shower experience. The building has a hostel vibe (perfect for festival season!), yet the rooms are fully private and quiet. There’s also a shared fridge that was more than enough. Thanks to the amazing owners, staff, and Luigi the dog—I’m sad my stay was cut short but I’ll be back next year. The rooms felt a little under‑decorated and plain.
