The place was perfect for a break in a peaceful setting with a touch of luxury; the silence was amazing, the view was breathtaking, and the staff were very helpful, though the nearby mountain‑railway restaurant fell short of the hotel’s high standards.

The décor was lovely and the location great 😊, but the whirlpool took a long time to heat and didn’t work properly on the first day; the staff fixed it quickly.

The view from the room and its location were great; our room had an external entrance unlike the others, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Still, the rooms look new but could use small upgrades, such as wooden bedside tables instead of fabric poufs, minor shower‑room fixes, missing finishes, and the cozy spa should be warm when guests arrive (both the sauna and the hot‑tub water are not self‑service).

The property is pretty; however, reaching it requires a downhill path that isn’t very safe with luggage, and the spa is unusable because the hot‑tub water is cold— they didn’t turn on the heating in time for guests and it takes days to warm it.
