Great location right by the water, 10 minutes on foot to the bus stop and another 15 minutes by bus into the city center – perfect for a city trip. Very clean, cozy beds, everything you need is there. The only downside is that the microwave with oven is the sole way to warm or bake something.

Very nice accommodation on a houseboat right on the canal. The price includes a motorized canoe that we didn’t use and bicycles. It’s a bit far from Amsterdam’s center; you need a taxi or a bus with a transfer. The bicycles would need a general repair, but they’re sufficient for a trip to the shop. The bathroom is small and the sink faucet is on a timer, so shaving might be problematic.

The place was gorgeous, roomy and peaceful, and we used the pool, bikes, and boat throughout our visit. The owner stopped by to show me how to unhitch the boat and which app to install. It was an absolutely amazing spot, and I had no complaints.

Living on the water and having breakfast while watching the ducks is priceless, and the bikes, boat, and pool are a lot of fun. Nikki is super kind and helpful. The property is very clean but feels a bit neglected outside; a bit more order and maintenance would unlock its full potential.
