Owner Alex helped us with our luggage right after arrival, was very helpful, recommended various spots, answered every question, and we felt exceptionally welcomed; getting from the airport or city centre to Bergamo is easy and fast, a bus stop is a minute away, the room and bathroom were tidy and clean, and the shared kitchen had everything needed, highly recommended, 10.0/10.

The room shares a bathroom with the owner, who also lives in the apartment, and guests have to take off their shoes when they arrive, which felt a bit odd. A taxi to the airport costs €30. The bed squeaks and there’s no air conditioning or TV in the room.
