“Definitely exceeded my expectations, thank you”

The room was very spacious with a comfortable large bed, and the staff were friendly; we really enjoyed staying there! However, it was noisy, and the isolation from nearby rooms needs an upgrade.

“Excellent location, staff, and facility. If in the area, would definitely choose this hotel again.”

The room was spacious, a king with a sofa and a comfy bed, and the bathroom layout and amenities were a bonus. The staff were quick to respond, helpful, and upbeat, which was great after a rough time on the road. The only gripe was the smoke detector placed right over the bed; its battery light glowed when I woke up at night, though it didn’t keep me up. I’ve never seen a smoke detector positioned like that in any other hotel.

“we had great service and will use them again”

Staff was exceptional, always addressing us whether entering or leaving. Breakfast variety each morning was great. Laundry room was clean. accessible pet area for my service dog was a plus. using Booking .com almost got our reservation cancelled
