The staff were friendly, but I endured disturbing noise in the room from arrival until well after midnight, and after reporting it three times no solution was offered. When checking out I asked for compensation and was told I would receive an email with a proposal because the manager was not present; two days later I still received nothing. I won’t stay again. After contacting them I was eventually satisfied with the compensation for the inconvenience.
