The spot is great and the room was comfy with a solid breakfast; we even got packed lunches when we asked. The coffee shop next door is a Starbucks, perfect for coffee lovers. The price feels too steep for a 3‑star hotel—definitely not a 4‑star experience. One receptionist was unhelpful and rude, but the others were fine, so it was just bad luck. The plumbing was hit‑and‑miss; adjusting the hot and cold water was a challenge.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety and a coffee machine. The staff were very sweet and attentive; they even supplied a full bottle of tomato sauce the next day after we requested it, along with other sauces. The location is very convenient: 6 minutes to Arbat Street, 3 minutes to the metro from the back of the hotel, 10 minutes to Ascension Cathedral, and 10 minutes to Green Bazaar. Walking is easy. The housekeeping was lovely; when I forgot my charger at check‑out, the front desk quickly informed the front office and I was able to return it promptly. Very impressive.
