The staff were great, but the construction next door was a real nuisance and nobody warned me about it before I booked.
“Desagradable”
It was okay, but the quality had dropped from previous years; the staff only spoke English, and although they seemed to understand Spanish, they refused to answer in that language; the breakfast, which used to be good, is now very bad; I’ve stayed here about five years ago for a two‑ or three‑day layover, and this feels like the last time I’ll do that.
Had to change rooms because of a sewer smell, and the construction noise was very loud.
The bedroom wasn’t refreshed daily, I even found a cockroach in my room, and the ice maker was broken; on the bright side, the staff were friendly.
