The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The location is amazing, right in front of the bus stop for Machu Picchu. The staff were helpful and even let us use the shared areas after checkout before our train. The breakfast that was provided was great. It can be noisy, but that’s expected given the location.

The location is unbeatable. They prepared a take‑away lunch for us because we were leaving very early for Machu Picchu. The room is small and the bathroom even smaller. It’s enough for one night. The hotel entrance is narrow and the stairs are tight, so consider that if you’re traveling with luggage. They don’t accept card payments.

Cleanliness, equipment, and location were all perfectly satisfactory. The bus stop to Machu Picchu was right in front, so lining up for the first bus was very convenient. The water was steady and the pressure was perfect. There were also a fan and a warm air heater, making it truly comfortable. When I told them I’d be lining up at 6 am, they packaged breakfast for me: two sandwiches, a banana, an orange, a nutrition bar (?), chocolate, and water, which was really appreciated. I’d love to stay again if I’m in Aguas Calientes.

The inn offered a breathtaking view of the mountains and the main street/stream, and its location was close to everything. Breakfast was solid, featuring eggs, fruit, coffee, bread, cheese, and avocado. The staff kindly stored our bags while we headed to Machu Picchu. We enjoyed the stay overall, though the triple room had three single beds that made space tight, and the bathroom was also tiny. A sign warned against flushing toilet paper, which felt gross, especially since the trash can lacked a cover. Some mold appeared on the room wall.
