The location in the medina is fantastic, and the breakfast is generous. The room is cleaned daily, and the shuttle to the riad is a must. The staff are very skilled and ready to help. The small pool is nice when it’s hot.

The riad is just a few minutes on foot from Piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa, making it the perfect base for exploring the souks and main monuments while still offering incredible quiet once you return. The property is meticulously maintained, spotless, and tastefully furnished. The real heart of the riad is the staff, especially Hakim, whose welcoming, kind, and attentive service made us feel at home from the first moment. Every morning we were served a delicious, plentiful breakfast in a charming atmosphere. The beautiful terrace and common areas are ideal for relaxing.

A very good experience at Riad Azra Marrakech, one of the best parts of our trip because it’s very well located, super clean, with a good breakfast, very well cared for, full of charm, and on the last day we decided to dine and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were super friendly and attentive; on one day we left early for an excursion and they still served us breakfast as usual. If we ever return to Marrakech, we won’t hesitate to stay again.

⭐ 5/5 — A true home in Marrakech. From the moment we arrived, we felt the safety, tranquility, cleanliness, friendliness, and genuine welcome we seek when traveling with family abroad. The riad is very beautiful, warm, and exceptionally well maintained. Cleanliness deserves special mention—everything is always impeccable—and the location is excellent for experiencing the real heart of Marrakech. But what truly turns a stay into a special moment are the people. A special thank you to Layla for her immense professionalism, friendliness, availability, and calmness. She made us feel safe, welcomed, and almost at home from the start. When we’re away from our country and traveling with family, finding someone who conveys this confidence and genuine concern for guests is priceless. The whole team deserves our praise for their care and hospitality. We left Marrakech with great memories, and the Riad Azra will certainly be part of them. We recommend 100%. If we return to Marrakech, it will definitely be a place we’ll gladly revisit. ⭐ Rating: 10/10
