Good location and a cool room. The bathroom lacks curtains and no place to keep basic toiletries or makeup, so you can’t have those items handy. The TV didn’t work; we told the staff and one of them said he’d come back to fix it but never did. The iron was very dirty; I had to iron a skirt and it got stuck and broke it. Breakfast is fine, normal. The room is clean. There’s no shower gel or shampoo, only two mini soap tablets. I appreciate that we were allowed to check out a bit later and store our luggage. They’re not usually at reception; they leave a number and you write to them; no one answers the booking number. Of all the places I’ve stayed in Morocco, this has been the last of our holidays and the most lax.

The welcome was incredibly warm, simple, and sincere—arguably the best reception in Morocco! The room was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was hearty and varied. I highly recommend it. I liked everything; even after searching thoroughly, I found nothing to criticize.
