The room was comfortable and fully equipped, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially around breakfast, always checking if guests needed anything. The only problems were a small mix‑up with the checkout date and the fact that my kids didn't receive a toiletries kit or towel, which we had to request, and their towel wasn’t replaced after the room was cleaned.

I didn’t have breakfast, but the food at Dera was very very good. The check‑in experience was not up to the mark, and I got into my room at almost 3 PM.

The hotel satisfied me in every way; the buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a nice variety of dishes without being overwhelming. Check‑in and check‑out felt personal and pleasant, and there were no glitches.
