The chicken in the lunch was the only good thing. Everything else was a disappointment. The room was very small. Just a bed fit in it. Bathroom was dirty. There was a tile on the bathroom floor which was loose. The jet spray had no pressure. The exhaust fan didn’t work. Very bad bathroom overall. The hot water came at 8 and the staff informed us, but until I got ready for bath by 8.30, it went away. No towels no soap was provided. I asked the staff couple of times still did not provide. Finally in the morning I went to the reception myself and got it. For lunch the staff did not inform us regarding meal choices. They directly served us veg and non veg dishes. We only had chicken and still had to pay for veg. Overall very bad experience with respect to the amount paid

The location was fine, but the room was unclean with cockroaches of all sizes, the swimming pool was dirty, and the pantry only opened at 5 pm for tea and coffee—no tea or coffee before that. There were spider webs in the rooms, the fans and AC were worn out but still working, and the bedsheets had a damp smell. It was barely acceptable for a bachelor but a big no for families. There was no geyser, so you couldn't take a bath after 10 am because hot water was only available from 8–10 am, which was oddly strange for a hotel without geysers.
