C Room "Chomchan" at Airport

I was really impressed with the hotel's location near the airport, which made it super convenient for my early morning flight. However, I was a bit disappointed with the counter service, as the person behind the desk struggled to understand English, which made it a bit of a challenge to communicate.

“A well needed rest is what this place allowed me to have”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly quiet, which was exactly what I needed after a long period of noise and chaos. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, and the facilities in the room worked perfectly. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the free water and kitchen, as well as the complimentary bottled water each day.

“Disappointing Experience in Chiang Mai”

While the service from the manager and night staff was genuinely helpful and appreciated, unfortunately, it wasn't enough to redeem the hotel's many shortcomings. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a hard floor, and the rooms had a strong, unpleasant mold smell that was evident even in the photos. To make matters worse, it was impossible to communicate with the hotel via their website, and the daytime staff didn't speak English.

One of the few drawbacks of my stay at this hotel was the lack of a kettle in each room, which made it inconvenient for me to make hot drinks.
