It’s a Holiday Inn—clean, comfortable room, no surprises, but after a five‑night stay I requested housekeeping service and never received it.

The room was good, but when we arrived early the front‑desk girl told us no rooms were available, which was impossible and completely opaque.

The pillows were comfy, yet the hot tub was broken, the only working elevator was a single one, and there was no microwave in the room, which all made me choose a different hotel.
