The pool was great and the kids loved it, the free breakfast was fine, and the place was clean, but the washroom sink was plugged, a small metal square on the side of the bed was sticking out and hurt when you bumped your shin on it, and the phone didn’t work in room 211—please fix that.

The breakfast was great with plenty of options. I didn’t feel much air ventilation in the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the airport. I booked the airport shuttle for 6:30 am, but when we arrived downstairs the shuttle had already left before 6:30. After some confusion, the desk reception managed to bring the shuttle back for us. I didn’t need that chaos first thing in the morning before a flight.
