The floor tile was broken and lifting, and having the sink in the hallway was inconvenient. The bed sagged in the middle, giving me a back ache and preventing a good sleep. The bathroom door should swing inward instead of outward.

Getting there was easy, and there were several places to eat and shop nearby. The staff were very friendly, and having our room on the first floor was helpful. The AC didn’t seem to work properly, making our room pretty muggy.

It was very convenient to Swanson Park, restaurants, and shopping. Our room smelled terribly, like glue from a new floor, and nothing else was redone; it was dirty. It felt as if a dirty rag had been used to wipe everything down, with black drips and fingerprints all over the light switches and provided toiletries. I could wipe it down easily with a clean cloth. There were also a couple of dead bugs in corners where there wasn’t new floor. The breakfast was fair, but the coffee was terrible.

I loved the room we got on the main floor corner, #102 I think it was. We could park so close we don’t often get to

The room was roomy, the pillows didn’t smell of old sweat, the air conditioning worked well, and I liked that there was no carpet; the staff were friendly. The breakfast was a 1‑star experience: it smelled awful as I walked into the common area, the coffee looked like dirty muddy water and I couldn’t bring myself to try it, so I went elsewhere. Guests should be able to decide whether they want this so‑called “free” breakfast or not, and then pay only for a discounted room. The soap dispensers in the shower were gross with buildup and definitely wouldn’t be used. There were dirty areas above the bed with webs.
