The location is excellent, the staff are cooperative and welcoming, the cleanliness is great, and the hotel itself is beautiful. However, there was no high‑speed internet; the connection was weak and didn’t help with work, and the hotel team couldn’t resolve the internet speed issue, causing delays in sending emails from the hotel.

The hotel is well established, with speedy robot room service, an efficient check‑in/out process at the front desk, a functional room, and great housekeeping services. Breakfast quality and variety could be improved, rooms are slightly overpriced by Chinese standards, and some staff could be a bit more open and welcoming.

Convenience and cleanliness were spot‑on, and the staff were nice. The only drawback was that there was no bar fridge.

The hotel's surroundings were immaculately clean, and the staff were courteous and welcoming, with the added convenience of nearby supermarkets and restaurants.

The hotel offered a beautiful, comfortable, and practical experience, but unfortunately, there were no notable issues to report.
