We were enjoying the room and bathroom with the family while watching the party outside, but we forgot to celebrate our own party. The room needs a bit more tidiness; the hotel’s exterior look is decent, but the room feels cluttered with people’s belongings.

The stay was one of the worst I've had; the room was filthy, infested with cockroaches, and the receptionist refused a room extension bluntly and behaved rudely—service, hygiene, and care were all lacking, so I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel's service was pretty subpar, but I guess that's what I got for booking at such a low price. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me with anything, and it took an eternity to get my room sorted out. I'm not sure what the point of having a 24-hour front desk is if no one's actually there to help you. Overall, it was a pretty underwhelming experience.
