The hotel is set in a spot that’s pretty far from where I needed to be. When I got there they couldn’t locate my reservation at all, and the front‑desk person just brushed me off. I tried to sort it out, but the staff ignored me completely.

The address listed leads to nothing – the building simply isn’t there. I asked for a refund and never got any reply from the owner. Definitely avoid this listing if you want your money back.

The hotel is right in the city centre, which is super convenient. Unfortunately, the service was off; I was woken up twice by a staff member even though I hadn’t asked for anything.
