“Unfortunately worse than I expected.”

Honestly, the price didn’t match the quality; it was quiet, which was a plus. But the location was a major drawback—no nearby stations or convenience stores, and the main road was so far that taxis drop you off about 100 m away. There were no chairs or cushions, so you had to sit on the futon for any comfort. The place looked run‑down and clearly needed renovation. Laundry was left hanging outside, which made me feel they didn’t care enough to store it properly or clear it. I’d prefer to take the ¥5000+ cleaning fee to a coin laundry. The kitchen doubled as a smoking, laundry, and garbage area, which was inconvenient. This is the kind of review I wish I’d read before booking.
