The view, peace, and quiet were great. The water temperature doesn’t get really hot.

“Chaotique”

The location and equipment were good. A fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, the building was evacuated with no explanation, and the elevators were broken with no explanation.

“great hotel with ocean views and great ambiance”

The room was amazing, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the soaking tub in the bathroom with the walk‑in shower. The pool area was lovely and the staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Also, whatever scent they use in the lobby is intoxicating—I’m on a quest to find it for my home! I would definitely come back. Please, please, please work on the elevator situation; waiting 15–20 minutes for an elevator is very inconvenient when your room is on the upper floors.
