The cleanliness was good, but the breakfast left something to wish for.

The central spot—just a 10‑minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi and the main train station—was handy. Fabio kept me posted when my flight rerouted to Rome and I was late for check‑in; I paid extra for that, but it was a relief to finally be in the right city, and Fabio stayed in touch until I was safely settled. The cleaning lady made the room tidy every day. I couldn’t get the coffee machine or hob to work, and the breakfast was sparse and never restocked (except for the coffee). The main sliding door to the property didn’t feel very secure—small annoyances.

The location is strategic, close to the station and the historic center, and the rooms were recently refurbished. The breakfast was basic, the coffee machine barely worked, and the space to enjoy it was inadequate. During a three‑night stay the boiler broke for a day, so we couldn’t take a hot shower. I reported it immediately and expected a different response and a quick fix to compensate for the inconvenience. The room wasn’t well sound‑proofed.

The place was clean, but there was no kitchenette and the internet connection was spotty.
