Overall, a good stay in Negombo. The hotel’s location is nice, close to the beach, and the rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean. The coworking area is a useful bonus, especially if you need to get some work done while traveling. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed. There are a few small things that could be improved, but nothing that seriously affected the stay. Good value for money overall, and I would consider staying here again. Bugs in the bathroom.
“Nice place near Negombo”
The room faces the beach exactly as advertised, and the view is beautiful, but the breeze can be a bit annoying.
“I don't recommend it”
I don’t usually write reviews, but we were initially greeted warmly by the receptionist—maybe the owner, since the hotel is small—and then our money was stolen: $400. We were the only guests that day and everything was locked, so we knew it was him. He didn’t show up again until we left, and he deleted the message about stealing our money from both chat members. If you stay here, never leave anything valuable behind. He also took our iPhone charger 😅
“Good location, dirty beach, helpful host”
The view is great, 10/10 for the location. The staff were very supportive. The window glass was untidy, the AC didn’t work well. Also, there is absolutely no restaurant or café close by. However, the host had our dinner prepared from a neighbor who served us homemade food, which was fresh but average in taste.

The welcome was very warm, the breakfast was great, the location is close to the ocean, the terrace is lovely, and they arranged a taxi for us despite the unstable connection.
