Located four miles north of Cromer, The Barns occupies a restored 18th‑century farm with private courtyard entrances, free parking, and Wi‑Fi. Each elegant en‑suite room offers a flat‑screen TV, fridge, hairdryer, tea‑and‑coffee facilities, and a spacious walk‑in shower with luxury toiletries. Guests enjoy an award‑winning breakfast featuring local produce in a vaulted, brick‑walled dining room.

The place was spotless, had everything you could need, the bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was superb, giving you a great start to the day. The owners were friendly and helpful, and getting to any road was easy. Highly recommended; I’d definitely come back. Nothing to dislike.

Breakfast offered a wide range of options that were spot‑on. The room looked exactly like the photos online and featured a fantastic king‑size bed, perfect for my 6ft 2in husband. I can’t find anything to criticize.

From booking to checkout everything went smoothly; any minor requests at breakfast were handled without hassle. The only comment is that the price didn’t match my expectation at the time of booking, as it ended up being much higher than I anticipated. Nothing else to note.
