“Amazing stay in a great location”
The location was fairly central, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, but we didn’t receive fresh towels daily and the family’s service stopped working at night.

The lounge area at the reception was nice, and the staff were friendly. However, the mattress was soft, there were hair on the bed when I arrived, and the bathroom had a pipe smell. The noise from the main road next to the hotel, the uninsulated corridors, and the loud VMC added to the disturbance.

The fan kept rattling, the wardrobe was wobbly, and I had no hot water until I complained. The trash can was broken, the keys didn’t work, there was moldy caulking in the shower, the bathroom door dragged, and the shower head wouldn’t stay up. At breakfast I sat at a table for eight and the staff asked me to move to a smaller table even though no one else was there.

Everything was great. The accommodation was very close to the metro, which was super convenient for touring Paris. The quarter was quiet and felt very safe, and the location was excellent. The only complaint was an unpleasant odor spreading from the toilet.
