The room was clean, modern, newly renovated, and had an ensuite; it was a bit chilly, so an extra or thicker duvet would have helped.

Brian, the owner, was very kind and welcoming, and the property itself is charming.

The place is in a great spot with shops and eateries nearby, free parking, clean and bright rooms, and it was quiet with no other guests around. The only hiccup was on Saturday evening when the parking was full and my big car didn't fit, so I had to park in front on the road, but that was fine because the road parking is free.
