The staff were very warm and attentive, providing excellent service.
The views from the terrace, the quiet location, and the staff’s attentiveness were all great. The room we were given, called Tunnisia, was well placed near the pool, which was exactly what I wanted, but it had a strong damp smell.

We had one of the best hotel experiences ever! I’ve travelled quite a lot, and this is genuinely one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. What a beautiful representation of Tunisia and its culture. The hotel feels so authentic while still being modern and thoughtfully designed. You can really tell that every little detail has been carefully considered. And the staff were incredible. From Wiem and Karim at reception to Raouia and every single person we interacted with, everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special shoutout to Mourad, the owner, for his professionalism and for creating such a special place. It left such a great impression on both of us, especially my partner, who is from Ireland and absolutely fell in love with the place. We’ll definitely be back!
