The place was central, quiet, and the terrace was great; the kitchen facilities were decent, and they usually ask for payment upfront but let you pay when you leave, which they said. They replied to messages within a reasonable time and the location feels safe. The room had a few small shortcomings, like missing toilet paper, and I think the room attendant forgot to sweep the floor. It didn’t bother us much; the other facilities were fine, but these little mistakes might bother some. I’ve marked it as a place I could stay again.

The host was very nice, parking was available and the restaurants weren’t far. It would have been better if they had told you there was no TV instead of giving you a broken one. The Wi‑Fi was awful, and the quadruple room only had sofa beds, not four proper beds.
