The room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful, Sukaant from the kitchen delivered great service, and Suman from housekeeping was wonderful; the food was tasty and good value, the menu was short but excellent, and the buffet breakfast offered many options. However, a minor dispute and misunderstanding over the hotel’s visitor policy caused a fight; the hotel should be clearer about its policies to avoid such confusion. We had been told visitors were allowed when we called a month before, confirmed again a week before, yet at the last moment the receptionist denied what their own staff had confirmed, which was frustrating.

There’s nothing to like here. The hotel is fraudulent: it posted fake room photos, then deleted them in front of me, and refused to give me the room I booked. I would never stay here again.
