I stayed two nights and always choose this place when I’m in Pattaya. The location is solid and it delivers what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn. Staff are professional and helpful, and breakfast was very nice. The rug in my room needed replacing, the reception rugs were stained, and the lifts and corridors had a bit of a smell.

The property was very clean and modern, but it was hard to avoid noise from the adjoining room.

The location is good and the staff are friendly, yet the hotel feels old and needs upkeep. The beds were uncomfortable, the shower was too hot, and the shower water mixer was broken in two different rooms I visited. The noise and banging of doors at night were unbelievably loud and disturbed sleep, and that also happened during the day.

Location, cleanliness, three elevators and good availability. Breakfast was nice but lacked a scrambled egg option. The towels were thin and low quality, and the air‑conditioner was a bit noisy.
