The spot is super relaxing, totally quiet, and the breakfast is solid.
“Decent!”
In Timor Leste you have to adjust your idea of a “good” hotel, and in that sense this place works. The air‑con is noisy but effective, and there’s a pool to cool off—its landscaping isn’t great but that doesn’t matter. The staff are friendly. The free airport shuttle is a bit hard to arrange through the staff, but if you text them it’s quick and welcoming. Breakfast, which is included, is hit or miss: three mornings, one was good, two weren’t. No food poisoning, though.
I went to use the pool and it wasn’t in good condition.
The room was fine, but the food left something to be desired.
The breakfast spread has improved a lot compared to before. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious.
