Breakfast was amazing! The lady who handled it on Thursday morning was fantastic, kept everything stocked and clean, and was very friendly. Taisha went above and beyond, moving us to rooms that didn’t smell and fixing the AC for my dad, always with a smile—those two ladies deserve a raise! Their hard work didn’t go unnoticed, and more hotels should have staff like them. The beds were comfortable. The pool was small, the AC units in my dad’s room weren’t working, and our room smelled like mold or had an unserviced AC that might have needed cleaning or had a leak.

“If you have asthma stay away”

The staff were amazing and the breakfast was great, but the third floor smelled terribly like mold. I asked to be moved, but even on the first floor the odor persisted. As an asthmatic, the cold AC helped a bit, but when it stopped the smell intensified and triggered asthma attacks both nights, making it hard to breathe. I ended up moving to another hotel on the third day, where the musty smell was gone and I could finally control the temperature below 67, unlike the other hotel that stayed at 70.

“Coming back to Mooresville in December and will probably find another place”

I was happy with the location, right where I needed to be, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the beds were far too soft and my back suffered, and the doors in the room were heavy and noisy—every time a neighbor opened or shut theirs, it felt like they were in my room.

The room was neat and clean, and the front desk team handled everything efficiently. The floor near the elevators could use a better cleaning, and the front desk staff could be a little friendlier.
