Everything! Friendly staff, a large, luxurious room, coffee with cookies that was superb, two bathrooms, a private terrace exit, and it was very quiet.

It was so cozy, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was beautifully decorated and felt like home, and we adored the lovely courtyard. It’s a bit farther from the main attractions, which adds travel time, but the area is peaceful, making it the perfect quiet retreat from a long day.

Very good, extremely satisfied. This place is a traditional Venetian‑style family home, reasonably priced, rooms not huge but tastefully decorated, with a small traditional courtyard. We spent two sunny days there, enjoying a hearty breakfast in the courtyard. The owner was very welcoming and everything ran smoothly. The location is great, quiet, within 10‑15 minutes walking to Piazza San Marco, the Academy Bridge, and the Zattere by the Giudecca Canal, and the surrounding Dorsoduro canals and squares have fewer tourists than the Grand Canal, making it ideal for strolling, especially in the mornings and evenings. Of course, watch out for pickpockets in any public place in Venice.

Everything was perfect! The accommodation is in an optimal spot, easily reachable from the station, and strategically placed for strolling the Venetian alleys to various attractions while enjoying charming sights. The room is a small gem: clean, fully equipped, and beautifully furnished in Venetian style. Mrs. Caterina, extremely helpful, welcomed us immediately, advised on itineraries and places to visit, and suggested local spots to drink and eat; she was available for any request and invited us to freely enjoy coffee and biscuits in a common lounge, and at the end of our stay she kindly offered a rich, delicious breakfast on the lovely terrace, which was not originally included but added at the last minute. The room also had a kettle, cups, various teas, and biscuits for refueling anytime. We could leave our luggage in storage after check‑out and retrieve it comfortably with the keys provided. An experience that stayed in our hearts and is definitely worth repeating.
