I found the room clean, but there was a leak in the toilet. The front desk looked nothing like a proper reception; the receptionist was hard to spot because she was chatting with friends or family, I couldn’t tell.

It was basic and accessible, but the welcome wasn’t good enough for me.

The room and bed were comfortable, and the quiet setting made for a restful sleep; it was also very close to public transport (tram & bus) to and from the airport, the city centre, major attractions, and within walking distance of the seaside promenade. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and the service was pleasant.
