This 2‑bedroom place was huge, with two bathrooms and a comfy sofa in a spacious living area that stayed warm all night. The mountain views were gorgeous, and the spot is easy to reach by car, close to several ski resorts – all for a fair price. The only hiccup was the lack of a microwave for quick snacks, and parking behind the house was a bit tight, but there was enough space overall. A dedicated spot for skis would have been nice, though a corner on the stairs worked.

We felt the place was a touch pricey – over €1200 for a week. On the last day the host added a charge for our cats, which was a surprise. We’re careful pet owners, always cleaning up after them, and our cats are seasoned travelers. Still, the extra fee felt unnecessary.
