The hotel felt pleasant, with a good atmosphere and a sense of safety, and there was always someone to help if needed, plus tips about Budapest and places to eat and have fun. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Inbar, who made us feel safe and gave us friendly conversation and travel suggestions.

The hotel sits in a great spot, within walking distance of many sights, and it’s quiet. It has a basement parking lot with direct access to the building. The décor is basic: laminate floors, a crooked tap, and a cheap couch that sinks in. Everything else is present, but the components are very simple. The breakfast area gets crowded and the cereal selection isn’t great.

Obviously, reception desk is a hotel's face. We were greeted by a marvelous girl Inbar who managed to meet our best expectations during fast 10 mins checkin. She even offered us help in routine tourist procedures like ordering cabs, concert tickets, tours, etc. Service, cleanliness were suberb. The room was cleaned up excellently each day, and it corresponded to its description at the site
