Nothing at the hotel itself could be criticized, but I do have to point out the disproportionate price that was charged; I was there on a business trip while the Frankfurt Book Fair was taking place at the same time.

Everything from the staff to the ability to use the restaurant upon arrival was perfect; the room was spotless and the hotel itself was impeccable. Breakfast was excellent, varied, and generous.

Breakfast was very tasty, the room was large and had plenty of space; however, the bathroom fixtures were dirty, the trash can was still full of garbage, and other parts of the room were also very dirty.

The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Sascha at the bar; however, the pillows were too small and not comfortable.
